Located on an iconic Marbella development, this house required a makeover to modernise it. Although the base was magnificent, with sea views and stunning outdoor areas, the spaces needed an update that conveyed more contemporary concepts and aesthetics. The studio undertook a refurbishment that focused mainly on reformulating the layout, opening the kitchen out to the living room and extending the central part of the house. What's more, the renovation included making the finishes much more current. Neutral, light and natural materials were chosen. We wanted them to be in keeping with the coastal setting of the house, combined with details in wood and leather.
